leaving egypt

it's a sad day for tonight my trip ends and i head back to good old virginia. our flight technically leaves tomorrow as it goes at 4 am. today we wrapped up in maadi with shopping and touring mosques, finished up the last episodes of the office and enjoyed a meal and ride down the nile on a felucca. i have had such a wonderful trip and feel so thankful for the opportunities i have had to explore two very diverse countries. my plans for the future are certain for about the next week with a couple weddings to attend and then i have a lot of decisions to make. the pictures are of zinzi, a dog adam and sarah have been dog sitting, on our felucca ride and a picture of our boat with the city in the background and sarah and their dog falafel on the boat
